Goldstein LePore LLC partners Tracey Goldstein and Adrienne LePore recently led “An Evening of Insight & Wellness” at the Cedar Hill Country Club, bringing together a powerful group of women for an open, informed discussion on health and wellness, topics that deeply affect women, yet rarely receive the attention they deserve.

According to Tracey: “As a women-owned firm, creating a space for candid conversations about shared experiences is not just good for our well-being, it builds true community. Ultimately, that kind of connection strengthens the way we support each other, personally and professionally.”

At a time when working women are juggling demanding careers, family responsibilities, and countless unseen pressures, the challenges of maintaining a sense of personal well-being are often endured in silence. Without a supportive network, the experience can feel isolating and overwhelming.

Our team sets out to shift that narrative, bringing these conversations into the open and creating community where it matters most.

The firm was delighted to welcome award-winning functional medicine physician Dr. Lorraine Maita, who provided practical insight and much-appreciated validation in her moving keynote address.
